A Fairytale Escape Amidst Palaces and Nature
Among the many grand estates that seem to blend seamlessly with the surrounding trees, there is one particularly striking property often compared to a Disney palace. Covering an area of 9,200 square meters, it features a luxurious mansion, multiple pools, a grand ballroom, and an architectural design reminiscent of a famous fairytale castle.
This estate is a true symbol of luxury and indulgence. It was a special gift from a wealthy businessman to his daughter, envisioned as her own version of a “dollhouse.” The land was acquired in the late 1980s, and the original structures were demolished to make way for a meticulously designed dream home, complete with indoor and outdoor pools, underfloor heating, grand marble columns, and even a private bunker.
